Cancellation and refund policy for Rohit Upadhyay Mediaworks (OPC) Private Limited:

Cancellation Policy:

Unless specifically stated in any Subscription at the time of placing the Subscription order, you will have the right to cancel your Subscription at any time.

Any request for cancellation of your Subscription will not be entertained once you have used the services. In case of using the services, the cost of the services mentioned in the subscription will be debited from the amount to be refunded.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@rohitupadhyay.com.

The cancellation shall be processed on a pro-rata basis, i.e. only the amount of un-serviced subscription will be refunded.

Refund Policy:

The refund process will take 4-6 weeks to credit into your account on receipt of the bank details.

You will be responsible for any fees that are payable, including any processing or other fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider.

Rohit Upadhyay Mediaworks (OPC) Private Limited’s liabilities shall, in no event, exceed the Subscription amount paid by the customer.

Exceptions:

If you have violated our terms of service, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription without a refund.

If there are exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as a service outage, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but we cannot offer refunds in these cases.
